The Infusion Collection General Information
Making a purchase from the Infusion Collection is quick and easy. When you want to order an item, click on the “Add To
Cart” button on the product page to add it to your shopping cart. To add another item, simply click on another product
and do the same. Your selected products will appear in the shopping cart. You can adjust the quantity of each product
you want to order on this page by changing the amount in the “Quantity” box and clicking the “Update” button. You can
also remove the item from the shopping cart by clicking the “Remove” button. You can continue shopping or adjusting
your order. When you are finished, you can start the payment process.
Details provided by customers will be held on file by Authorize.net. Your details will be used to process your order and
may be put at the disposal of third parties should this be necessary. Unless the customer has indicated not to appreciate
this, this information will be entered into our database. Your details will be processed in accordance with the laws and
regulations that apply.
Customer credit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and security number, will never be stored
in any file by Authorize.net. Customers may have access to their personal data in the Authorize.net database should they
request this. Customers have the right to ask for modifications of those details when they are incorrect.
After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address, summarizing all the specifics of your
purchase including confirmation of payment. Please note, your e-mail address should be correctly entered. We will then
process your order which will be shipped within a couple of days (if items are in stock). As soon as your order is shipped,
you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.
Whenever you shop at the Infusion Collection, we guarantee you a safe and pleasurable shopping
experience. We use only the most up-to-date Internet payment systems so you can shop both comfortably and securely.
Payment can be made by any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover) or via Paypal. Payment for your merchandise will be made to the Infusion Lounge Licensing Corporation, the parent company of Infusion Lounge and Hotel Fusion, as well as the exclusive retailer of The Infusion Collection. Our site does not store or have access to the credit card information you enter.
If you choose not to send your personal information over the internet, you can always place an order by
phone. In this case, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-892-7945 x4. If you feel your payment has not been
processed correctly please verify the transaction on your bank or credit card statement. Otherwise, please contact
Customer Service and provide your name, email, phone number and order number so we can assist you. All store prices
are in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs. These will be calculated and added during check-
out process. Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. No rights can be derived from unlawful price
information or the content of the material.
Infusion HQ ships your order upon receipt of payment. We will aim to ship your entire order in one shipment, provided
that all items are in stock at the time. If an item you ordered is backordered, we will only charge shipping and handling
once. All orders will be delivered via US Postal Service unless otherwise specified by selecting a Fed-Ex shipping option.
Customers will receive a tracking number as soon as the shipment is processed, and Infusion HQ will not be held liable if
delivery is not made due to absence or inaccurate information. If the package is returned to our facilities we will contact
you to arrange a re-delivery at an additional cost.
About Returns & Exchanges
Once you’ve made your purchase, your order will be processed and cannot be changed. Infusion HQ accepts returns
and exchanges provided that they are returned within 7 days upon delivery. Returns and exchanges should be in original
wrapping and accompanied by the original packaging slip, as well as name, email, phone number and your order number
(we will not refund the shipping, taxes and fulfillment costs). Exchanges will be accepted as long as they are for equal
value or the difference is paid for by the customer along with all applicable additional taxes, shipping, and fulfillment
Returns and exchanges can only be made if each item is in the original packaging, new and unused. Returns that are
damaged or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Customers are responsible for shipment
costs and any risks during transport.
Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs
within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear
are not considered to be faulty and cannot be returned. If you would like to exchange a faulty item,
please be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
